Van varias veces que me hospedó en este hotel. Buen servicio de acuerdo al precio, nada de lujo, pero muy limpio, y el personal amable. Magnífica opción para viajeros de paso por Monterrey a la frontera.

Las Habitaciones les falta modernización, se ven algo antiguas, algunas tienen olor a humedad o cigarro y por la alfombra no se percibe que esté limpio , es un lugar tranquilo para descansar pero este tipo de detalles puede afectar el descanso.

La verdad es que el personal es muy amable, por cuestiones de trafico no pude llegar a mi hora de reservación, pero me apoyaron para alternativas, un consejo es que deberían comentar por teléfono la parte del depósito de seguridad para prevenirse y que no ocurra lo que a mí, tuve que ir al Oxxo de enfrente a retirar efectivo. Las habitaciones tienen mobiliario un poco viejo pero en buenas condiciones, habitaciones limpias. No tuve oportunidad de probar la comida propia del hotel, pero en cuanto a atención e instalaciones, muy bien, únicamente la tele está muy peque en comparación para estar tan arriba en la habitación triple.

Yo fui 2 días por trabajo, es un hotel de paso, a 25 minutos del aeropuerto, cuentan con facturas de hospedaje y alimentos, hay que dejar $200 de deposito y te lo regresan al salir, la tele si funciona bien, la cama se me hizo un poco dura, lo que no me gustó nada es que el agua de allá esta muy pesada y nos puso el cabello tieso, si son de cdmx no les va gustar el agua de la regadera, deberían colocar filtros y ablandador es a su red de agua. Afortunadamente los días que estuve no hizo mucho calor así que no tuvimos que prender el aire acondicionado, ya que veo que muchos se quejan de ello, a mi me toco que al querer pagar con tarjeta no funcionaba la terminal, intentamos varias veces y terminé pagando con transferencia

Mi más alta recomendación. Ya que cuenta con estacionamiento para unidades de carga, restaurante, habitaciones limpias, todos los servicios son buenos y se encuentra en una excelente ubicación. FELICITACIONES
